About us

We currently have a variety of multilingual Service Users and employees from different multicultural backgrounds and provide home care and support services in accordance with the Care Quality Commission regulations. The main aims and objectives of Hope Care Agency are to offer skilled care, and support, enabling people who live in their own home to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being. The agency seeks to improve the lives of individuals, who may have restrictions due to health problems or other disabilities, by aiding them to have independence, control and choice with a care package personalised for them.

Mission Statement

Hope Care Agency provides home care and support services in accordance with the Care Quality Commission regulations, and it currently has a variety of multilingual Service Users and employees from different multicultural backgrounds. Hope Care Agency enthusiastically endeavors to increase opportunities for various individuals returning to the workplace after a career break and works diligently to eliminate discrimination on the grounds of age, color, gender, disability, national or ethnic origins, nationality and sexual orientation.

Hope Care Agency aims to provide an in-house training every 3 months, which all employees are required to attend. All employees have regular assessments and evaluations, in accordance to Hope Care Agency’s policies and procedures. The agency aims to ensure that robust safeguarding and complaints policies and procedures are in place and that all employed staff complete appropriate training relevant to the services they provide. In order to ensure best practice is provided to all Service Users, all policies and procedures are written in accordance with the Care Quality Commission’s Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.

Statement of Purpose

The main aims and objectives of Hope Care Agency are to offer skilled care and support to enable people who live in their own home to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being. The agency seeks to improve the lives of individuals’ who may have restrictions due to health problems or other disabilities by aiding them to have independence, control and choice with a personalized care package.

Other aims and objectives include treating all people who work for and are supported by Hope Care Agency as well as individuals who visit with respect at all times, to uphold the human and citizenship rights of all whom we support, and who visit them, to support individual choice and personal decision-making as the right of all Service Users. It also aims to respect and encourage the right of independence of all Service Users, and to recognize the individual uniqueness of Service Users, and visitors, and treat them with dignity and respect at all times.

Hope Care Agency aspires to respect individual requirement for privacy at all times and treat all information relating to individuals in a confidential manner, as well as to recognize the individual need for personal fulfilment and offer individualized programmes of meaningful activity to satisfy the need of Service Users.

All applicants for care worker roles will be required to complete a criminal records check (DBS formerly known as CRB) for which the applicants will be expected to cover the expenses.

Please note that all applicants will be required to provide:

  • A work permit or a document to show their right to work in the UK as proof that they are not under immigration restrictions from Border Agency
  • Proof of documents to show any relevant qualifications and previous experience
